Sherwood Oregon Travel
It's no secret that Oregon is home to some of the best hiking, biking, camping and camping destinations in the world. Oregon State Parks offers a wide variety of popular destinations, from hiking trails to picnic areas to hiking and biking trails. Portland is populated by a diverse mix of people from all walks of life and backgrounds, as well as many different ethnicities and religions. It is a versatile place to stay and be in Oregon, with many great restaurants, bars, shops, hotels, restaurants and more.

The Sand Lake recreation area is part of the Seiser Staatswald forest and features high sand dunes and a coastal campsite where you can rent your Sherwood camper. Not to be missed are the Bandon Dunes, which was ranked number one on News & World Report's list of the top 10 national parks in the United States, and the Pumpkin Ridge Golf Club, where a young Tiger Woods won the Woods. The perfect place to spend a day in these woods is the sheltered picnic area on the beach with picnic tables, picnic tables and picnic chairs, and a variety of food options.
If you're in town on a Saturday from May to September, head to Sherwood Farmers Market, where local vendors and farmers offer live music from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. To whet your appetite for spring even without farms, you can also try Al's Garden Centre, a lovely drive from the old town, and run by a farm that sells practically everything. There are also a variety of berries to make picking berries in the summer months as easy and fun as possible.
The acres are only a few minutes drive from the old town and a few miles from our house, but you can reach the town of Sherwood for just over half an hour drive.
Champoeg State Park is a short drive south of town and is fairly easy to find from our Sherwood Camper Rental, but you will need to get there first as Crater Lake Lodge and the park campground are closed. The ranger offers free tours and equipment, and a reduced $15 admission fee allows you to take a free Ranger-led snowshoe tour. You are welcome to explore the seasonal hiking trails, which are three miles long, or explore on your own. They say they stay open until the end of May (usually all year round), but we visited them between May 1st and September 30th.
If you feel like getting into your list of new places, try Interstate 5 south of Portland, just off the Nyberg Road exit, then head south along Oregon Street. This is the main entrance to the park and you will reach downtown Sherwood, then head north into Oregon and take Interstate 5 South to the Nyberg Road exit.
Sherwood, Oregon is an easy place to miss because there is so much going on in Portland and surrounding cities, but this splash is less than 30 minutes from downtown and should be a must-visit this weekend. In addition to plenty of wineries, adult beverage connoisseurs can also plan an entertaining day trip to pamper themselves at the many local breweries in the region. Head to the glass-fronted Tack Room, where you will find a bar, pool, darts and NFL games. You can walk or attend a game and here are some places to stay near an arena.
Tualatin and Sherwood are just a few miles apart and visitors will find a variety of local restaurants, breweries and breweries as well as a number of craft beers and wine bars. This is an excellent place to bring your trailer to Sherwoods, OR. Rent a Cruise America RV or find a spot to park in one of the many RV parks in the area, such as this one.
A child-friendly town centre, Sherwood has a variety of shops and restaurants designed specifically for fun for all ages, such as a scone shop serving high tea.
